Clearwater Construction Limited was established by Mike Sullivan in 1984 and forms part of the DHC Group. Our reputation is based on professionalism and a high level of technical expertise originating from our roots in engineering and civil infrastructure.

The company has steadily grown over the last 25 years and today constructs large scale residential, commercial, industrial & car park projects as either a Specialist Sub-Contractor, Main Contractor or Design-Build Contractor. We are geared to deliver projects in the $500 thousand to $50 million range, our current annual turnover is in the order of $45 million. Our professionalism, our integrity and our solid record of delivery brings us a great deal of repeat business from clients who often choose to engage us on a negotiated basis.

While we are primarily based in Auckland, we have demonstrated ability to complete projects throughout New Zealand.
