Another negotiated design-build project to be completed for Countrywide Group, again utilizing the synergy of Clearwater Construction's sister companies to provide the structural engineering design and structural steel fabrication and installation.

The project comprises of 7000m² of premium office space, spread over four floors, above ground floor retail and hospitality space. The project will add to the growing number of successful projects completed on Victoria Street, by Countrywide Group and Clearwater Construction.

Construction was undertaken on a highly visible site, on a major road which has required effective traffic and pedestrian management. Works completed to date include; piling, drainage, foundation and ground floor concrete works. Ground water encountered 600 - 800mm below ground meant extensive de-watering works were required and existing soil had to stabilised.
