Details:

As a negotiated P&G and margin contract, Clearwater were engaged early in the design process to work directly with the client and architect to ensure tenancy design and fit-out outcomes, for tenant Computer Dynamics, were well co-ordinated with the base build and service infrastructures.

The project involved the construction of two office and warehouse developments, in two stages. Stage One took 9 months to complete and consisted 900m² of high-spec office space, 2,200m² of high-stud warehouse and 800m² of drive-through canopy. Stage Two took 7 months to complete and consisted 300² high-spec office space and 1,400m² of high-stud warehousing.

As is standard Clearwater completed the foundation concrete works and carpentry works with their direct labour. The balance of the works included post-tensioned slabs, structural steel frame, aluminium composite panels and aluminium joinery envelope. Additionally Clearwater co-ordinated and managed the office fit-outs.
