This office and retail development in the heart of Pukekohe was advanced on a negotiated basis.

The development involved Clearwater's sister companies, D&H Steel Construction providing the structural steel and DHC Consulting completing the structural design, and comprised an equal split of 80m² each for both the office and retail space.
