21 Hargreaves Apartments

21 Hargreaves is an existing building that has apartments on levels 1-4 and offices on level 5.
Clearwater undertook a total renovation of level 5 and turned the office space into 8 high end apartments.

Construction consisted of re-cladding the exterior with new rab, batten and titan board. The apartments balcony exterior walls and soffits are clad in rab, batten and cedar vertical shiplap boards, and finished with frameless glass balustrading and decking tiles. New aluminium joinery was installed throughout all units as well as high end fixtures and fittings and appliances completed the build.

In addition to completing the work to the apartments Clearwater Construction also modernised the lifts which included custom interior finishes. The lobby to the building was also refurbished to complement the quality of finish seen in the apartments.
