- Design & Build
- Engaged as a preferred contractor following a tender procurement process and was asked to redesign the whole project to work within AIAL’s budget
- On grade plus one level vehicle parking facility ~ 1,000 vehicle parking
- Construction included structural steel by D&H Steel Construction, Metaldecks proprietary flooring system and Xypex concrete, (offering a waterproof structure for the area below)
