- Early contractor involvement (ECI) – Clearwater offered up a number of Value Engineering options which assisted the client in ensuring a cost effective project was delivered
- Clearwater completed the foundations, basement and suspended floor concrete works with own direct labour
- Managed and co-ordinated other trades including excavation, piling, precast concrete, structural steel, curtain wall, aluminium composite panels and metal roof installation
