Kingfish Lodge is a work in progress undergoing a dramatic redevelopment while retaining its rich history and serene setting in consultation with local Iwi to preserve this iconic location.

• Upgrading the wharf, seawall and sewage system.
• Demolition of several old accommodation units and staff facilities
• Constuction of new main lodge with high-end dining, lounge areas and four suites
• Recreation of the historic bar and dining area with seven new units built above.
• Renovation of eight existing units
